GOURMET TRAVEL: WILTONS' CLASSICS MENU
Wiltons is celebrating the Great British Summer with its Classics Menu, featuring timeless British Dishes.
Paying homage to its rich heritage, Wiltons’ six-course menu features the finest ingredients from across the British Isles, with the opportunity to be paired with sommelier-selected wines.

Established in 1742, Wiltons, located on London’s Jermyn Street, continues to set the standard for fine dining in the UK and is known for its commitment to preserving and celebrating British culinary heritage.
Created by Head Chef Daniel Kent, the new Wiltons Classics Menu is a ‘current interpretation to the favourite dishes of monarchs and prime ministers alike’.

Highlights of the menu include:
• Devilled Eggs and Caviar: the finest caviar served atop a cayenne spiced boiled egg.
• Prawn Cocktail: a timeless classic composed of King prawns and classic tangy cocktail sauce.
• Plaice Kiev: a deep-fried Cornish wild plaice filled with garlic butter, in Kiev-style.
• Beef Fillet and Bourguignon garnish: pan-fried prime beef fillet with a garnish of small onions, mushrooms, and bacon lardons, served with beef jus.
• Strawberry and Sherry Trifle: a classic dessert made of layers of sponge, fresh strawberries, custard, and jelly.
• Stilton served with Yorkshire Parkin, a spiced fruit loaf, and fresh Honeycomb
Priced at £135 per person, including VAT, the Classics Menu is available each evening until August 31st.
