The Standard’s 10th-floor cocktail bar, Sweeties, and one of the most highly awarded bars in the UK, Three Sheets, Dalston will collaborate on 28th and 29th April for a fun new pop-up. The two cocktails bars have partnered with Belvedere Vodka to serve a menu of modern vodka classic cocktails with an innovative twist. 

Inspired by the party culture and optimism of the 90s and 00s, the cocktails promise to be ‘visual, fun, and packed with new flavours’. The list includes a Dirty Martini, which combines Belvedere Vodka with Vermouth, Fleur de Sel, and Kosoret Tea and the Cosmo 2.0, made with Vodka, Fermented Cranberry, Neroli, and a throwback Flamed Lime Zest. Other highlights include the Mule, with Vodka and Pickled Ginger, and the Sweet Dreams, a concoction of Vodka, Clarified Milk, Miso, and Coffee. For those looking to celebrate in style should opt for the Polish Spring Bubbles, made with Vodka, Rhubarb, Raspberry, and Verjus.

For this fun weekend event, Sweeties will be transformed with an elegant soundtrack from a guest pianist and vocalist performing a selection of classic 80s, 90s, and 00s RnB covers in a jazz style, alongside guest DJs. Inspired by the illustrious and glamorous history of hotels bars, Sweeties channels the ultimate chicness with sweeping views of the London skyline.
