Nobu Singapore's Sunday Sushi Social

There are Sundays for staying in, and then there are Sundays made for sushi, chilled rosé and long, leisurely lunches.

At Nobu Singapore, the weekend is getting a delicious upgrade with Sunday Sushi Social, a new lunchtime experience designed for relaxed gatherings, exceptional Japanese-Peruvian cuisine and the simple pleasure of taking your time.

Held every Sunday from 12pm to 2.30pm, the experience brings together an abundant selection of Nobu favourites, from premium sashimi and hand-pressed nigiri to maki, salads and grilled dishes. Guests can also elevate their afternoon with free-flow Whispering Angel rosé or Hokusetsu Junmai Sado No Shu sake, creating the perfect pairing for a leisurely Singapore Sunday.

Sunday Sushi Social

A Taste of Nobu
The menu showcases the distinctive Japanese-Peruvian flavours that have made Nobu a global culinary name. Expect beautifully prepared Yellowtail, Shima-Aji, Kanpachi and Spicy Tuna, alongside Yellowtail Negi, while the grill brings a little more indulgence to the table with Chilean Sea Bass, Squid Pasta and Beef Anticucho.

It is the kind of menu designed for sharing, lingering and ordering just one more plate, particularly when the afternoon is accompanied by a chilled glass of rosé or sake.

Nobu has served Hokusetsu sake exclusively across its restaurants worldwide since a partnership was established in 1994. The relationship began when chef Nobu Matsuhisa was introduced to the Hokusetsu brewery through legendary Japanese musician Eikichi Yazawa.

Impressed by the brewery's exceptional quality, Matsuhisa developed a relationship that has endured for more than three decades. Today, Hokusetsu remains an integral part of the Nobu experience, bringing a piece of Japanese craftsmanship to dining rooms around the world.

“Sunday Sushi Social captures the spirit of exceptional Japanese Peruvian cuisine, warm hospitality and a sense of fun,” says Summer Lo, Director of Food and Beverage at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore.

And perhaps that is exactly what makes the experience appealing. It isn't simply a sushi lunch; it is an invitation to slow down. Gather friends, order something you haven't tried before, settle into the polished surroundings of Nobu Singapore and let lunch stretch comfortably into the afternoon.

For those looking to make a Singapore weekend feel a little more special, Sunday Sushi Social at Nobu Singapore offers the perfect excuse to turn lunch into an occasion.
