Romeo, Romeo… the world’s most romantic house is now available for Valentine’s Day.

For the first time ever, one loved-up couple will be able to live like Shakespeare’s famous star-crossed lovers, spending the night at Casa di Giulietta, the historic home of Juliet in Verona, Italy. The 13th century townhouse, which operates as a museum, is a place of romantic pilgrimage and an international symbol of love.

 
Adding to the romantic experience, two Michelin star chef Giancarlo Perbellini treating the modern-day Romeo and Juliet to a romantic candlelit dinner in a glittering room usually reserved for movie sets. The couple will also be the first in decades to sleep in Juliet’s bedroom, featuring the original bed from famed Italian director Franco Zeffirelli's 1968 version of Romeo and Juliet. The lucky couple will also get unprecedented access to Juliet’s love letters. They will be able to read and respond to lovers from around the world, a privilege usually reserved only for a team of volunteers known as Juliet’s secretaries.

To stay in Juliet’s house, applicants must pen a letter to Juliet in English, sharing their own poignant love story and explaining why they and their partner would be perfect guests. Entries should be submitted by 11:59pm EST on 2nd February 2020 at www.airbnb.com/juliet
