True crime podcasts is fast becoming one of the most popular forms of entertainment with seven millions Brits tuning into the genre each month.

Looking to set sail into the world of true crime is Sir Richard Branson’s cruise line, Virgin Voyages. Launching October 10th, the brand’s first-ever True Crime Voyage brings spine-tingling storytelling to the sea in partnership with iHeartPodcasts.

The five-night round-trip sailing onboard Valiant Lady features live tapings of hit shows such as ‘Betrayal’, ‘Buried Bones’ and ‘Stuff They Don’t Want You to Know’, behind-the-scenes “How to Podcast” workshops, exclusive meet-and-greets with podcast hosts.

This immersive Virgin Voyages cruise experience goes far beyond a typical podcast binge.

Guests will also be able to take part in special giveaways and themed cocktails and bites inspired by infamous cases - and who knows, a luxury cruise might just be the perfect alibi!

There’s also an entire lineup of Halloween-inspired activities such as costume contests, bar crawls, eerie entertainment and a special edition of the ship’s beloved Happenings Cast show plus spooky version of Virgin Voyages’ signature Scarlet Night soiree.

Away from the true crime activities, there will be Virgin Voyages’ signature luxury including Michelin-star chef curated menus and on-board entertainment.
