This annual list is now in its sixth sensational year. It’s a Top Ten that is fiercely fought over: Manolo stiletto duels at dawn, Hermes handbag bludgeonings, the smashing of champagne bottles - and that’s just in the office*. We confess we haven’t relied on office arguments alone and we thank ILTM Cannes (www.iltm.com), where the luxe tribe meet each December, for inspiration and information. We wouldn’t miss it. Ritz Paris, France
