Ah, the beautiful Cherry Blossom – the international symbol that Spring has finally arrived. Of course traditionally one would think of Japan when it comes to Cherry Blossoms but cities around the world are also bursting with the vivid pink of the sakura flower (cherry blossom). The parks, gardens and streets of Japan come alive in pink as the sakura flower (cherry blossom) go into full bloom. The much-anticipated event is celebrated with hanami gatherings with friends and family.

The Tokyo Station Hotel, Tokyo, Japan
