| Accessible through the Ritz-Carlton hotel and neighbouring JW Marriott, this spa is an urban oasis in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles with nine treatment rooms, stretching over 8,000-square-foot. |
The Ambience: The spa offers a very personal service where everyone seems to know your name. Guests can unwind in the co-ed Sanctuary, or private men's and women's relaxation rooms, as well as experience eucalyptus steam rooms and cold plunge showers. Access to the outdoor rooftop heated swimming pool and whirlpool located on the 26th floor with panoramic city and mountain vista is available with spa entry. A Couple's Suite, a full-service hair salon and spa boutique is also incorporated.
On the Menu: Champagne and Shimmer Treatment - 50 minutes / $160 and 80 minutes / $220
| The Treatment: From the Body Therapy menu one of the Ritz-Carlton's Signature Body treatments - the Champagne Body Scrub - is completed with a full body application of illuminating Mother of Pearl Body Crème. |
The Results: My skin was nourished and revitalized and left with a slight shimmer. The exfoliation unveiled a fresh layer of skin to help promote the luxury products. It's a great treatment for ladies to get before a night out in a flesh-baring outfit or to help you look your best on the beach.
