NEW OPENING: Anantara Santorini Abu Dhabi Retreat

Aegean luxury has arrived on the shores of the United Arab Emirates as Anantara Santorini Abu Dhabi Retreat has opened its doors to guests.

Located approximately halfway between Abu Dhabi and Dubai, the new adults-only 22 luxury guest rooms and suites retreat has been inspired by they beauty and style of its namesake Greek island.

The resort features white buildings, with private balconies from which you can enjoy unspoiled sea views. The resort also features a private beach and outdoor pool which overlooks the Gulf, an indoor cinema, fitness centre and 24-hour butler service.

Oceanside restaurant Thalassa will serve guests Greek food, while Arabic restaurant Oia Oasis will serve dishes that are 'dedicated to the heritage of the region, where local ingredients and spices are brought to the fore'.
