When staying at The Ampersand Hotel, which opens 29 August, you will know you are in London's museum district. The design has been inspired by the local London neighbourhood, from the music of the Royal Albert Hall to the V&A's costume collection, the Science Museum's planets and the Chelsea Physic Garden's flowers.
