The famous artist's work adorns the walls of this five diamond restaurant, another of Bellagio's premier dining spots. In keeping with the theme, chef Julian Serrano offers a menu inspired by French and Spanish cuisine in honour of Picasso who divided much of his time between the two countries. Wine connoisseurs will appreciate a wine cellar with over 1,500 selections plucked from Europe's finest vineyards. Reservations are recommended. Dinner from Wednesday to Monday from 6pm.
