Amanemu Ise-Shima National Park, Japan |
Aman Resorts' second property in Japan (its first was Aman Tokyo) is a precious gem situated on Ago Bay, known as the Bay of Pearls, in the Ise-Shima National Park, in Honshu’s Mie Prefecture about 300 kilometres southwest of its Tokyo offering. The name ‘nemu meaning ‘joy’ in Japanese and the resort has a classic Japanese aesthetic in traditional ryokan-style. The retreat has a mere 24 suites and four two-bedroom villas, each with its own onsen and private green courtyard gardens. There will also be a sleek Aman spa with two onsen pavilions, a watsu pool, four treatment suites as well as a gym and a yoga studio. Luxury Loves
