The resort hovers above the Caribbean as if Frank Lloyd Wright has coupled up with The Jetsons. Jade Mountain is architect owner Nick Troubetzkoy's personal vision where infinity pools, in all manner of organic shapes, are an integral element to the design. Each pool has a shallow lounge and large swim area and is lined in one of a kind glass tiles with the sort of dedication usually reserved for creating an individual patchwork quilt. By day it is the pointy peaks of St Lucia's Pitons World Heritage site that fill the view. By night it's a more intimate view with fibre optics illuminating the pool in a kaleidoscope of colours.
