| Founded by the
charming Francesco Galli Zugaro, Aqua Expeditions was Perus first luxury river
cruise company. They currently have two luxury vessels in the Peruvian Amazon,
the M/V Aqua in 2008 and the M/V Aria in 2011.
It is exciting times at Aqua with the construction of the companys
newest vessel, the M/V Aqua Mekong, which is set to debut in 2014. The ship
will cruise from Siem Riep, Cambodia down river to Vietnam. Prior to
establishing Aqua Expeditions, Francesco was VP of Marketing and Sales for a company
in the Galapagos Islands. TLTB loves the fact that while there he
co-founded Lonesome George & Co. a
branded apparel line using inspiration from the last Pinta Tortoise, named
Lonesome George. Ten per cent of every
purchase made from Lonesome George & Co. is directly deposited into educational
programmes that teach about the severity of animal extinction around the world.
The brand has stores in Ecuador, Aspen and Berlin and sells world-wide online. Luxury Loves
