One of a kind, resident-owned ship The World, has four superb dining venues. The Luxury Travel Bible lunched in the Mediterranean-style 'Tides' restaurant on an antipasto of crispy goose livers and prawn saltimbocca accompanied by an exquisite wine from Valdeorras in Spain. Pressing on - a lobster, saffron and zucchini risotto with a white from Italy's Alto Adige region followed, then perfectly-grilled lamb loin with braised radicchio and another Spanish wine from Bierzo. Dessert? Hazelnut Gianduja mousse, tiramisu ice cream with coffee caramel sphere and a fragrant Muscat from France's Rhone valley.
