Located in the Swiss Alps in Zermatt, The Omnia is a perfect fusion of the traditional American mountain lodge and modernist style. The word Omnia, which means ‘the all encompassing’ in Latin, gives clues about New York designer's Ali Tayar's inclusive design philosophy.

The 30 individual rooms and suites have been left unnumbered to enhance the homely mountain lodge feel and private balconies offer spectacular views of the mountain peaks surrounding the hotel. Inside the mountain itself, guests can enjoy a multifunctional space called The Cavern: a club, conference center and cinema floating over a sea of water in a man-made cave.
