A
450 yard par 4 with the tee-box on a rocky promontory, the views of the ocean
and Robert the Bruces castle are spectacular. Standing out above anything else
however is the stark and stunning light-house, warning you perhaps of the
likely golfing disaster you are about to experience, given your tee shot must
carry 200 yards of rocks, sea and beach, the fairway is raised in the middle
(meaning you ball might bounce off to either side) and the green slopes
steeply.
