The course at Sun City is very nearly 8,000 yards long, making it one of the longest in the world.  600 yards is taken up by the signature par 5 9th hole.  The island green rules out the temptation to go for the green in two for all but the very brave/foolhardy.  Even if you do try and minimise the risks great care is still required with your approach - if you’re slightly wayward you’ll be wet!
