Named after anotherof France's most venerated chefs, this is a replica of the famous Guy Savoy restaurant in Paris - from the modern decor to its award winning cuisine - only with close up views of the Eiffel Tower (albeit a smaller version of the real thing). With seating for 75 on the 2nd floor of Caesars Palaces's luxurious Augustus Tower, guests can come to simply enjoy bitesand bubbles or fine dine from a selection of menus (offering up to 10 courses) featuring specialties like artichoke black truffle soup, crispy sea bass with delicate spices, butter roasted veal sweetbreads and chocolate ganache. Larger groups can dine in private in the newly opened Krug Room where a six-course menu is matched by a selection of vintage Krug champagnes. Dinner Wednesdays to Sundays from 5.30pm.
