OK, it's not actually a hotel but Nomads of the Seas ship, the 28-passenger Atmosphere offers one of the only ways to explore remote Chilean Patagonia in real style. This floating hotel cruises by night and anchors in the fjords by day. The ship's Bell 407 helicopter can take you on photographic tours or for the ultimate fly-fishing expedition for trout and salmon, When you're not in flight you can also kayak, trek in the wild country, ride horse and go on bird and whale-watching excursions. There are on board lectures for your mind and a spa with thalassotherapy hot tubs for your body. When our man sea-tested the experience he said the food was pretty good too.
