You'll find the intimate seven -roomed La Suite in Joatinga, one of Rio's most exclusive residential districts, a sexy secret at the end of a gated street, with some of the best ocean views in the city and access to Joatinga Beach down a cliffside road.  This is more like your own private home than a hotel.
All seven suites take advantage of the amazing view, from full-length windows or private balconies. TLTB readers will love the huge Purple Suite with an impressive marble bathroom and giant shower just perfect for lovers; although the black Suite, with acres of windows and sublime views is pretty sexy too. We love the modern sculptures surrounding the new infinity pool. This means for seven rooms there are now two pools - an extravagance we can only commend.
The same owners (two brothers François-Xavier and Jacques Dussol) created the stylish La Maison by Dussol in Gavea, one of the city's first boutique hotels. It was a close run thing which of the two should make our Sexy Brazil list. To be honest they both should.  The pretty Maison has interiors straight from the pages of a glossy design mag and flower-covered balconies just perfect for Romeo and Juliet wooing.
