Beautifully decorated in elegant golden tones and circular motifs, Jumeirah Carlton Tower's Gilt Champagne Bar reflects the bubbles of a glass of crisp champagne. 

To celebrate the hotel's 50th anniversary Gilt have created the 1961 in honour of the year the hotel opened its doors. Based on a classic Champagne cocktail, the '1961' is enhanced with 1961 Armagnac and topped with Pommery Champagne and is topped off with real gold dust.
