The Michelin Guide's most awarded chef's first fine dining foray in the neon city (and the US) lies within the MGM Grand. The setting is as sumptuous as the four prix fixe a la carte menus or 16-course tasting menu, which changes seasonally and has earned Joel Robuchon a rare three Michelin stars. Reminiscent of a grand Parisian mansion, with soaring ceilings and furnishings in plush velvet and black, the main dining room opens onto a more intimate terrace with a verdant ivy strewn backdrop to allow seating for a maximum 60 guests (who are offered a complimentary limousine service on booking). Dinner starts from 5.30pm seven days.
