Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat, Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat

This imposing white building has been welcoming guests since 1908.  Guests can choose suites with stunning views either over the ocean or across the gardens. At the beginning of the twentieth century Leopold II of Belgium declared that the landscapes of the area were 'in a sense, Paradise on earth'.

The Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat reopened its doors in May 2009 after an entire refurbishment by Pierre-Yves Rochon. A new wing, dubbed the ‘Residence’ was also added during this refurbishment and offers 16 new rooms, 8 new suites with private swimming pools and a new spa.

This Leading Hotels of the World hotel also boasts a private 'Palace in the very heart of a Palace'. Villa Rose Pierre has four rooms with terraces or balconies, dining room, lounge, kitchen, relaxation room, fitness room and a sauna. The villa also benefits from five-star service guaranteed by the hotel.

Wine lovers can rejoice in the fact that the hotel claims to have 'one of the most spectacular wine collections in the world'.  The collection spanning four centuries is exhibited in the 'Salon des Collections'. The dining room can be reserved for private wine tasting sessions.
