While it's within one of the grandest resort hotels on the strip, The Venetian, there's no super flashy decor to dazzle you here. It's a classic steakhouse where the focus here is obviously 100 per cent on the food - quality prime cuts of meat and seafood dishes cooked to perfection and flavoured the southern Creole way. It's the signature style of jovial chef, author and television personality, EmerilLagasse, who first gained culinary fame in New Orleans with his restaurant Emerils. Open for lunch from 11.30am and dinner from 5pm daily.
