If you want the best seafood the Amsterdam has to offer, you might just have to leave the city. Bubbles Seafood & Wine Bar's menu offers oysters on the half shell and traditional Dutch raw herring served with pickles and onions as well as full-sized dishes. The Champagne served is also excellent (as the name would imply).

For perfect pre-flight entertainment pull up a seat next to Bubbles' impressive saltwater aquarium and watch the exotic fish swim by. If you need further entertainment there is a casino within the restaurant, just remember to keep an eye on your departure time.
