The man behind the name and the food is one of America's top hotel chefs - Alessandro Stratta . Noted as much for his mild manners as his talent, this celebrity chef's simple but refined food is inspired by the French Riviera where he began his career alongside mentor Alain Ducasse, and his Italian roots on his hotelier father's side. Dinner Wednesday to Saturday from 6pm.
