The Profile: Mitchell created LA-based Dodd Mitchell Design in 1995. Using both design and branding to create 'enigmatic' hotel and restaurant interiors Dodd Mitchell design has been recognized for its unforgettable spaces with numerous awards including Hospitality Design magazine's Best Resort and Spa Design award in 2008.

The Style: Dodd Mitchell not only creates a visual impact with his hotel interiors, but also appeals to all of the human senses. Mitchell completely drives his design vision through the whole project, from the general layout of the boutique hotel to the logos, uniforms and marketing material.
