The hotel's heart-shaped motif is everywhere; carved
into the back of chairs and emblazoned on plates. It is a fitting symbol
because it is easy to fall in love with Hotel
Allodis, not least because they refer to cooking as the "the art
gastronomy'' and take it very seriously indeed in the best kind of way. The chalet nestles in the wide skiing expanse
of the Trois Vallees, the perfect place to put in some substantial skiing
kilometres before coming back for a well deserved blow-out meal. The restaurant
terrace has panoramic views and if you need time to digest all that good food
after lunch I recommend getting a skiers suntan (neck up only) in one of the
emerald green deck chairs on the sun terrace.
