London’s Berkley Hotel is giving its famous Prêt-à-Portea Afternoon Tea a royal wedding twist. The hotel’s Head Pastry Chef Mourad Khiat will host a Royal Wedding Prêt-à-Portea Masterclasses. Chef Mourad will be sharing insider’s tips on perfecting the royal icing; adding more complex details such as lace glitter and delicate bows. Guests can then enjoy a Champagne Prêt-à-Portea in the Collins Room, following the class. The Prêt-à-Portea will feature limited edition bridal couture biscuits that have been inspired by designs from Ralph & Russo (whose couture gown Meghan wore in her engagement photos), Phillipa Lepley and Suzanne Neville, plus a stiletto cookie incorporating elements from Manolo Blahnik, and Jimmy Choo.
