Orient Express will open in El Encanto in Santa Barbara in March.  The old El Encanto hotel, long dormant, was once a beacon of glamour for Santa Barbara and the iconic hotel is being meticulously restored to capture all the original romance. Ninety-two California-style bungalows dot the lush, landscaped gardens with sweeping views of Santa Barbara and the Pacific Ocean.  Orient Express tells us 'Original architectural features are being lovingly brought back to life, while modern additions include an expansive outdoor swimming pool and beautiful boutique spa'.
