We’ve been anticipating this one for a while and the opening date keeps shifting but since this is an vast undertaking consisting of five lodges in pristine areas we think it has been worth waiting for. Ever since chatting to Six Senses Hotels Resorts Spas President, Bernhard Bohnenberger and CEO Neil Jacobs. Six Senses Bhutan is scattered across five separate locations. Each lodge will have a design and theme to reflect the spirit of place and offer a different perspective on Bhutan. The lodges will be above Serbithang in the capital of Thimpu, the forest of Bumthang, a farmhouse at Kabijsa in Punakha, a chalet in the valley of Gangtey, and old stone ruins in Taa Dzong in Paro.
